Default AFR heads + what springs

I have a 351W going into a fox body (I know there is a 351w portion but doesn't have a lot of traffic and this can go for the 302s as well.) Anyways I would like to know if I need any different springs or retainers with the heads..
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/afr-1451. My cam is solid lifter and pretty close to .700 lift on intake and exhaust (spec sheet attached). Thank you.

I never use the junk springs that come on heads, get what your cam requires, solid lifter cams need seat pressure

If that cam is a solid roller type you need at least 200# on the seat as a minimum.
Call whoever made the cam and find out for sure what springs to use.
I always check spring pressure before I install them, BTW.
