Valve lash adjusted properly? Might be something as simple as a loose rocker.

Its not just one rocker, it is all of them making noise. They are pedestal mount. So i don't think there is a adjustment that can be made

My RRs sounded like a sewing machine, some are quieter than others. But for the most part RRs tend to be a little noisier than stock rockers.

This is what my 90 lx sounded like with Crane 1.7 RRs at about 1:35 in the video of under the hood.

for pedastal mount rockers, I assume you set lash for each valve on the base circle and that you reached 25 ft lbs of torque in 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn past zero lash??

How did you set the valve lash? I have 1.7 rollers in my car and they are about as quiet as stock. Also you should have measured for push rod lenth before you reassembled everything. The wrong lenth push rod will make for a noisy valve train. Summit has a real nice video on YouTube on how to measure for correct lenth.

you set them up wrong, either wrong push rod length or you need to shim the pedastals
