I got mine in too pro, mine makes a little tiny bit more noise than the stock. It's more pronounced in 5th gear though. Did you notice this too, or is it just me?

Looks awesome dude, I love that shift ball
+1 Also how do you like your white face a/c panel? I cant decide whether to do white face a/c or aluminum a/c *****. I'm afraid the white a/c panel will stand out too much on my all black interior... thoughts?

Pro man i like it, that **** looks awesome and so does the interior that i can see. As for the B&m i have the ripper shifter it came with my car when i bought it and also had one in my camaro, i havent driven anything else beside it and stock so i cant really compare to anything but as my opinion i like it, shifts smoothly and its pretty comfortable for not being adjustable. well thats my thought. Oh yeah i would also like to see other photos when you get a chance so far it looks clean and im sure it is. congrats bud.

I'm a big fan of MGW as well. The precision is impressive. The auto spring loading takes you automatically to the 3-4 track without effort. You'd have to work real hard to miss third with an MGW, and that can save a motor. Sorry but I'm in Iraq, so you can't have a picture.
