If it's a true GT-40 intake, that's a steal. Make him send you pictures b/c a lot of people will try to sell a cobra or an explorer intake as a full GT-40....

Go w/ gears, MAF, TB, and intake, then look at the U/L control arms and subframes.

As far as the clutch, I would look at a Spec stage2 or something along those lines. You might could get away w/ a Ram HD...if you can it would save you some $ ($170).

You need to have a suspension to handle the power the car has now. Our cars flex like crazy and even stock they do. So IMO I would get these parts with the money you have to spend:

U/L Control Arms $150
Full Length Subframe Connectors $100
O/R H pipe $130
Catback $220
Gears $500
C&L 76mm MAF Kit $200
K&N Panel Filter $50
180* thermo $10
Electric Fan $100
Ford Racing Heavy Duty Clutch $130
Billet quadrant and firewall adjuster $85
65mm Throttle Body and Spacer $200
steeda tri-ax $180

U/L control arms and subframe connectors help stiffen up the car. Our cars flex a lot which isnt good when you put a lot of hp to the wheels

Are U/L control arms hard to install? and do I have to weld the Subframe connectors?

No U/L control arms are not that hard to install. The full length subframes need to be welded yes.
