new mustang owner!!!
I have a 1994 mustanggt hand me down..... the person i bought the car from told me that it has a 95 5.0 swap and from the looks of the engine compartment it does, it has some shorties, a cold air intake, and the exhaust is ran true dual style with cats through two 40 series flows. Now im not a ford guy my im in the military across the countryand this is definitely a workable car for my need for speed. what are the things that i need to do just to run around 13.50's in the quater mile... for the most part i have heard 70mm throttle body 4.10 gears, and an upper and lower intake along with a decent cam... now i know gt 40 heads will be a help but could some let me know what times i am looking at with and with out the heads.... also the jackass that i bought the car from lowered it the tuner way now the car has a broken rear sway bar and the front wheels have negetive camber.. can i get away with butting a hotchkiss rear sway bar and a 3 point strut tower brace and get rid of the front sway bar.. seen the idea in a couple of other threads what do you think....

Others will chime in on performance mods, but as far as your cut springs, I'd spring for a set of REAL lowering springs to get your suspension working the way it should. Good luck with the project.

I don't know how you can tell it has a 95 motor swapped into a 94..cause 94-95 motors are identical ..stock for stock...and if you want a 13.50 N/A you need to do a h/c/i and ditch the sn'95 ecu......here is why...and read it all.....or a good proffesional tune

a good h/c/i will get you a lot more than 13.5... SN95 ECU is fine after its tuned

The SN95 ECU is perfect. After all with a H/C/I it must be tuned in order to run right anyways.
