Default flexplate help

somebody tell me if this is a 157 tooth or a 164 tooth flexplate. I need whichever is stock(157 tooth) and cant figure out which one it is. the heading says 157 but the description says 164. Also this WILL work with the aode right?

god i dont know anything anymore.
did that flexplate look good tho? i have no idea what to look for when it comes to them.
im obviously not a tranny guy by any means. its sfi approved even tho i dont know what that means.
and its 35% thicker and says it can handle aftermarket converters.

Sfi approval is a saftey rating that will hold up to a certain rpm without gernading....the sfi number will be listed on the sticker and it looks okay as long as it's 164 and count the teeth on your old one if you doubt the number of teeth the one you order needs to have
