Has anyone ever installed a Tork converter and it didn't stall at the RPM it was suppose to, or have anyone heard of that? I thought something was wrong with the converter so i had it rebuilt to stall at 3000 but still stalling like factory.(TCI 1000 over stock modified) (11.4 bolt, using a C-4 tranny).

there is advertised stall and flash stall speed when foot braking it the convertor will began to engauge before it reaches advertised stall speed, from a roll punch throttle and see where tac needle goes to right away, that'll clue you into the acurracy of the stall convertor
