What cam do u guys recommend?

I would go with a Trick Flow stage 1 cam over the B or E cam if buying off the shelf. It has more lift and duration on the exhaust which is a good thing for a Ford head and is priced right.
If you have the budget, I agree that a custom ground cam matching your engine and what you want the car to do will be the best bet.
