Default question bout fuel

I have a 1995 GT and I recently had a new fuel pump installed on my car but when I go full throttle it seems like its not getting enough fuel. It has a hard time picking up speed and I'm also losing horsepower because of this problem. Could it be my injectors that need to be cleaned? I'm really not sure what the problem is. Please help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did this problem start after pump installation?

Yes it has a new filter. Not exactly sure what the fuel pressure is and the problem came after the installation.
