DOES ANY BODY HAVE ANY INSTALL instructions on the R1000

remove ECM
remove cover on J3 port
clean contacts on J3 port (scuff pad, sand paper, or plastic brillo pad)
slide chip onto the J3 port
re-install ECM

and pray that the chip doesnt have a crap tune, since you obviously didnt get the car DYNO tuned

here is my problem I can not get the chip to fit inside the ecm there are caps in the way.

bend them out of the way

and ill ask again... is this a mail order tune, or a dyno tune

if I did move them they will break off and yes I know I need to have it re-burned,I'm checking to make sure ever thing fits.

they will not break off^^^^^my 89 previously had a diablosport chip in it and they cut the case opening a tad larger and bent over a tad some of the capacitors that were in the way
