Ok, again I don't know much about Mustangs, I need help figuring out which parts are the best to run with what. C/h/i, I know the basic power packs, just don't know which are the best to buy for the money. I want something thats gonna get me somewhere in the ball park of 350-375 NA. I have no problems spending the money on parts and labor if someone is willing to help me.

Call Jim Woods "Woody" at Fordstrokers.com and tell him what you are looking for.

But first, I have to ask. Have you ever driven a car with a legitimate 350-375hp? If you haven't, then I would suggest you just get used to the car for now. It will quickly become something that you might have a hard time handling.

Ok, again I am new to the Mustang world. I know the basic power packs c/h/i, but specifically which ones? I'm looking for ones that go well together and can get me into the ball park of 350-375whp. I am willing to spend the money on parts and labor, just need to know what to buy. I'm asking for your plethora of knowledge on these cars to guide me along, so one day I may pass it on!

I have, but it was on dirt I did dirt track racing as a youth. My father was always my mechanic though. I am mostly a truck and bike kind of guy, but decided I wanted to give Mustangs a whirl!

Any aftermarket company will get you a very strong running car for around 3 Grand. I've chosen trick flow fast as cast heads. ($1445) trick flow track burner intake, ($480) Comp cam, ($290) $800 bucks worth of exhaust and a few other items will get you a very quick car. I recently picked up a 95 GT and my goal is to run 10s. I think I can probably reach that goal and that would be including chassic mods like a roll bar and sub frame connectors, etc also a 200 shot. for about $6000 to $7000 using mostly new parts. Theres plenty of used stuff out there that would lower that number alot.

Thanks! Thats what I have been looking for! Could you help me compile a complete list of parts for the 95 GT that would bring me even into the 12's and where to find them. If you could help, I would be much appreciative! That by far is the best answer I have gotten yet! Also would you recommend headers? I would eventually like to boost my car, but not at the present time. Again, any help I am very grateful for!

Well I recomend doing a little research and buy what you feel good about. Just remember with heads and performance in general it's all about how much air you can get in and out of them. Trick Flow, Edelbrock or TFS are all companys with a good reputation. I put headers on everything I've ever owned. Again it all goes back to moving air in and out of the engine and a good set of long tubes with a H-pipe and cat back will be a good performance investment weather you stay N/A or you use some type of a power adder.
