Default Few Questions while dropping engine and what not

Hey guys,
Got the motor into the car today, it feels great after two years. So the questions I have. In the photos I took a picture of the stock intake manifold and the trickflow intake that I got. I am confused as to how the lines from the old manifold hook up to the new one. The new one does not resemble the old one at all from my perspective. Also, for the throttle body studs. What size and length are those. I do not have means to get the old ones out so I just am going to get new ones, the old ones are garbage anyways. Thanks a lot.

There should be places for fittings on the plenum to hook lines up.

Mine doesn't have smog anymore so all I have is one line for the fuel pressure regulator, one for the pcv valve and one for the vacuum tree.

Hey trim,
With the pictures I attached can you identify which one is the smog. I am going to take a guess and say it is the one that runs from where all of the lines meet, and then it also connects to the intake manifold down the line correct? Sorry its been so long I do not remember what anything is anymore and everything I wrote on wore off on some pieces.

It has been so long that I can't remember either.

From looking at the 3 lines there, the one with the 90 degree boot is going to the fuel presssure regulator. The short fat line is probably going to the vaccuum tree on the firewall and the long one would run to the pcv valve I imagine.

The one with the 90 degree bend on the bottom of the picture is the puzzling one for me. The new intake does not have that plug hole for it to tap into like the old one so taht is why I was curious of that is the smog pump that someone did not remove? The two other lines you mentioned are coming out from the same main line that splits off into three lines. In the picture do you see the other little lines that are in there, you know what those are by chance. One last question, if a hole is not used on the new intake, which would be odd to me, but do I plug it or just leave it? Thanks a lot man any help is great right now.

Adder, if It was such a stupid question I would not have asked, this is my first time doing this so I have no damn clue unless I ask. Maybe that's why I am actually going to be designing instead of just being a mechanic as it seems you may be. And I am not mad at all, I actually was laughing when I said that
And thanks a lot for the diagram, I was going to study the manual while I am away from the car for a few days and I believe something like that may be in there.
