That one seems a little high but then You probably rarely see ttops up in Washington with all the rain. they're notorious for leaking. The engine bay is filthy and I notice it's missing the fanshroud. If you were to look at it I would ask to pull the carpet up and check the floor pans for rust.

If the 82 runs and drives good and isn't rusted out it's a better price, but if you keep looking you'll probably find a better one for the same price as the 85

Blue = rough for the price. I would rather go for this one as long as it checked out. The blue one didn't list very much information, while the grey n blue one don't either it does have decent mileage for what it is and its stock. I would offer him $2,000 and go from there.

If I lived in Washington I would actually want to buy the blue foxbody. It looks like a great deal as long as it runs, doesn't overheat or stream smoke.

That 85 looks like all you're paying for is a paint job, way over priced honestly and all the seems I know they were too lazy to paint will drive you nuts. The 83 doesn't seem too bad so long as it isn't rusted out and everything is in pretty solid shape, at least for $500 which you may be able to get it for less. You will need to put work into it other than the obvious paint job, like a complete drivetrain overhaul as I believe it will have a 4 speed and a 7.5 rear end. Its worth a look at, just don't be afraid to crawl under it. Torque boxes are a good thing to check too, but are kinda tricky to inspect with the car on the ground

You need to know that the '82 will have a 7.5" rear end as well as a weak trans.
The engine will be the old flat tappet 302.
If you will be replacing all that stuff to get any sort of performance out of the car, that all costs money........
