So after a grouling week of PCM issues its back in the car and runs absolutely beautifully.. although I noticed after a few minutes of driving around the advancetrac light comes on along with ABS and airbag light loss of power assist steering too. The lights go off after about a minute and then maybe 3 minites later it come back on the off.. I noticed the I can feel the ABS kicking through the pedal even if the lights are on at the time.. I tried the battery disconnect a couple times once for about a hour and a half and no change. I did have the front wheels off but don't think I hit anything.. My tuner said the other modules may need to be reprogrammed to mirror the pcm because it was recalibrated out of the car due to the battery dying and the key wasn't present we think the SCT software was the corrupted culprit.. so any thoughts anyone.. or has anyone ever had these issues and needed the ecm recalibrated?

Oh the car is 2015 Mustang GTPP with Roush blower. VMP dual fan HE 79mm pulley. Roush x-pipe and rear section. 170° t-stat VOLK TE37S Wheels 20×10.5 square among other things...ect..
