The 5.0 has factory wideband O2 sensors. That means that you can add these without additional tuning for them. The PCM will make the adjustments on their own and not throw a code. You can usually get a few more HP with minor tweaking of the tune when you bolt these on FWIW.

The 3V has narrowband O2 sensors and you cannot bolt on LT headers without another tune.
