new headunit w/ mach 460
A new headunit will help out your sound quality alot. Utilize the 460 amps, they are still a little more powerful than the amplfiers built into the head unit. Check my sticky out and go down to the section whereI talk about the 460 system.
Take your new headunit, run the sub rca's to your subwoofer, run your front and rear outputs and run them to your 460 amps. I show you how to connect your new headunit to the 460 amps in that sticky I told you about.
I recently purchased a new headunit and I almost killed the guy installing it well the wife did (Joking). After it was hooked up it sounded like straight[:'(]!! they kept telling me that the unit was more powerful that the 460 and that with the newhead unit and the factory amp it was pushing to much power??? so I needed better quality speakers. To make a long story short by-passed the amps it still sound like [:'(]I have replaced the stock 6X8's with pioneer 3-way up front and 2-way in rear I also replaced the door tweet's. Can you please help me put some man voice back in my stang! What do I need to do to get back to at least Mach 460 sound. any diagrams pics would be perfect!
