2 ohms is less resistance than 4 ohm. less resistance= more power.i dont want to get into the fundamentals of electricity's nature at 2 am.

sorry im coming off as a complete retard with this normally im good with this stuff i just want to get a good understanding im more of a computer and car person not really all that educated in audio that well as u can see

your using a mono amp? that diagram is wrong. use my picture, do that to each sub. then connect the negative wires to the amp together, and same with positives. you need both negetive wires into the negative terminal and both positives into the positive terminal in the amp. your diagram is actually 8 ohm i think, but ive never done anything over 4, as its useless.

basically ur diagram ur saying is the same as this one am i right? and thisis what i need to do, correct?

the diagram you have showed will be what you want.
my way is a 2 ohm load where your diagram says 4 ohm. so technically my way is 1 ohm, but then again its not. your diagram is good.
