Default New Cd Deck 1 stock amp not working

HI, I recently installed a JVC-510 in my 97 Mustang after they stole my last two radios[:@]. With my other radio's both of the stock amps that came with the car were working fine the only problem I was having was the my front speakers were rattling to much like they were ready to pop out of the door. With the most recent radio that they stole from me I noticed that only one of my front bottom speakers were working, so I kinda figured tha I might have popped the other one. Well now that I have this JVC in none of my front bottom speakers are working just the tweeters on the door. When I looked in the trunk and touch both the amps I noticed that only one was hot and the other was cold indiciating to me that only one amo was working. Does anybody have an idea what might be wrong, or what I done wrong. I was actually thinking of removing the two front bottom speakers and replaceing them with 2 8" subs if possible I was just looking into it. Will that be possible?? Thanks for all you time and responses.

They may have jacked something up when they ripped them out. Ever think about an alarm? Just do this rip out your entire 460 system and replace it with your own stuff, sure it'll cost $1500 but you'll be done, never have to worry about anything ever again. Without actually being there to check some things with my own eyes I can't think of much other than your speakers are shot and or they messed something up when they ripped it out.
