I recently sold my buddy a set of DB Drive WDXG5 10's and a Taramps 5000w amp (and super caps etc etc). The problem is the box I had them in will not fit into his trunk.

I have plenty of woodworking experience, I actually have a very large 130w Co2 Laser cutter as well as a 30w fiber laser in my shop, I just honestly don't have any real experience in speaker box builds. I have downloaded and tried a couple of the sub box design programs but that has only led to confusion for me.

If someone could take the stats for the subs/amp combo (running at 1ohm) and design me a box, I would prefer an all wood design out of either 3/4 or 1" baltic birch without a "aero port" or etc, just a standard square port. I understand the sound wont be as good, but neither of us are audiophiles, just looking for some solid bass. They were in a pre fab Q Bomb brand horn ported box in my car and were insanely loud.

I would be willing to either pay cash (cash app, venmo, zelle) or trade for laser work if it is something that could be easily mailed or if you are "local" to the Northern Ohio area...I am just south of Toledo. I can engrave on just about anything from metal to glass and acrylic and wood. I can cut wood, acrylic and most any organic material as well as some other plastics.
