Default Sub boxes

Is there any websites that have custom boxes for a 2000 mustang gt o should I just get one from a car audio place around town?

MTX Thunderform Theres one that fits nicely into the right side of the trunk. Just enter the model number and you can find them online or at an MTX dealer. You can also get the amplified or non-amplified. JL also makes the Stealthbox, similiar but more expensive I believe.

Qlogic I think has been around longer than most (including MTX) when it comes to custom trunk and door enclosures.

http://www.mainstreet-audio.com/qlog...enclosures.htm

A local place to you should have the full Qlogic catalog available or you can do a search for Qlogic Subwoofer Enclosure to find it on google or yahoo.

P.S. Q-Logic is owned by Rockford Corporation, expect the same quality with those boxes as you do with Rockford Audio products. Yes the 3/8" particle board is great material for woofer enclosures. Thats a joke by the way.

You mean Rockford Fosgate? Those are or were in my time some of the top rated amps. Almost always underated and very clean. As for the particle board I didn't happen to see what the Qlogics were made out of.. If it is Particle Board pass on it, you want MDF (Medium density Fiberboard) and at least 1/2" if not 5/8" thickness...

I'm not a noob to this stuff

No I mean Rockford Corporation, Fosgate was later apart of the turning it into Rockford Fosgate. But they were originally and still are Rockford Corporation. And in their time, they were on the top of their game, around the same time so was Cerwin Vega im sure you remember them. I will say that their Power series is definantly a giant step above the Punch. They are not however nearly as good as they were 5-10 years ago. MDF is a must when your talking subwoofers. Generally 3/4" is a standard any more. I don't see many shops still using 1/2".

Either buy the JL, or the MTX, or have a shop build you what you want.
