V1 is awesome!!!! I bought mine off ebay....VERY cheap!!! when you think your radar detector is getting out of date, you can send it to V1 and send a little money. They will send you the news one out!!! very cool.

Why speed anyway? How much time do you make up? The acutal time saved with speed a decent amount is fairly small. On a 25 mile trip, you'd have to go 10 over the whole way to save a whoping 4 minutes. Unless you are doin like 20 over all the time, it just seems silly.
I have a cobra which picks up everything in town but nice on the highway.
and yeah i agree saving a min or two not really worth. mine was for a 2000 mile trip and that 10-70 over that i was doing cut off a good bit of time mine even saved me once.

Please tell me 70 over was on a section of highway without other vehicles?
