Are radars even legal to have in your car i've always wondered and im about to buy one off of ebay. Also i'm thinking bout getting the whistler de 1788?
how would you guys rate this one?

 

Depends on where you live. In CT they are Legal to buy but illegal to use, as if that makes any sense???

 

I know they are legal in florida and Texas. but if your not from either sorry i couldnt help you then.

 

Im pretty sure they passed a new law, that they can not pull you over for having one but if they pull you over for speeding or any other violation they can give you a ticket for having one, Thats what I heard, and I live in Chicago.

 

They're legal in MA

 

Theres only two states they are illegal in. Ct is one I can't remember the other right off hand.

CT AND ONE OTHER STUPID STATE -illigal
EVERYWHERE ELSE -LEGAL
