Thanks for the good info, I think I'll most likely go with the long tube headers and depending on how my steeda side exhaust pipes run I might try suffing a shortened version of and X pipe in there if it's possible.
Shouldn't have to shorten a X pipe to make it work, you'd have to mod it from the end of the X pipe to get mufflers on it and pipe it to the side.

In a completely non related comment related to this thread....I must admit, this thread became way more popular than I ever thought judging by the way it started out :P
mustangforums.com version of reality tv.

lets all try to stay positive here.

hes got a point. this one thread has attracted more attention on the bullitt forum than any other post in a while and could be the start of a good bullitt buildup.

if we have disagrements on personality or character we should begin trying to handle it with PMs.
havent seen many bullitt build up threads like on the other forums.

unless they are really ****ed up. then post them so the stoning can begin.

Got the steeda exhaust put on and the 3.73's put in, I can definitely tell the difference in power. But I need to tune it this weekend because I can feel my transmision getting warm through the shifter when I'm driving, plus my speedometer is way off and it's sucking gas like no tomorrow. Just yesterday I picked up a pair of bbk long tubeheaders and O/R X-pipe for $325 which is a killer deal, but was bummed out when I heard that I would need to drop the K-member on the front of the car to install the long tubes. Other than that, does anyone else here run the Diablo Sport Tuner? If so do you have any tips on manual tuning? Also does anyone know where I can find a modular K-member reasonably priced?
