I live NC and have a 66 fastback and need a title, know where i can get one.

umm, usually your local DMV. if you need one done up, you'll need them to do a title search and that'll take a while[:@] (it's the DMV, remember!) and than if everything is kosher when they get their info back and things are on the up and up, you're good to go. but it will cost ya a few greenbacks.

I did the title search. DMV said been off the books to long so no history on this car.
Been sitting in the woods 30 years.

Then apply for a new title. However, I can't imagine what kind of shape that car must be in if it has been sitting in the woods for 30 years. It may have some parts on it you could use, but the body has probably gone to rust heaven.
