Yep. I assume you currently have drum brakes? Might as well go with the Granada disk brake swap.

No you won't. 67 I6 and V8 spindles are the same. Trust me I just did mine.

Not sure I understand this response. Are you saying that the 67 spindles are both 5 lug on the I6 and the V8? I question that.

67T5Ponycoupe is correct
It doesn't take near the work to update the 67 and newer cars to V8 as it did the 65-66.

I guess I learned something new. I assumed the spindles were different for 4 and 5 lug. My 68 was a stock 6 cylinder with 4 lug drums. I swaped them out for the granada spindles when I put discs on.

Soaring, the spindles for a 67 are the same and will take the I6 four lug drums or the V8 five lug drums. Drums are different the spindles are the same.
