Ive seen big rubber like that before but it is impractical for your use. That would just slow you down more than it would benefit traction. My 275's on my 98 are just under 10 inches, you dont need more than that...

 

iight ty fellas for the help....i just wanted to know if it was possible to fit 18's on my car....cuz theres no doubt i want 18's....i hate small rims....ive decided to go tith 18x8 in the front n 18x9 in the back....but if worst comes to worst ill jus go with 17's, but ty again n gl wit the stangs...cuz i know ill need it

 

Mine are 18's and they fit fine.

Sean W, your willing to shorten your axle just to fit a lil wider tires in the back?, what are you going to gain from doing this?

 

well you could always get fender flares molded on to your car witch i think gives you a 1.5" to 2" extra

 

Are you planning an 800 HP alky motor?

To put that much tire on the car under the sheetmetal you have full tub it and move the frame rails in as well as shorten the rear tubes and axles.
