yeah it can be done, they just dont want to do it, and they would rather sell you stuff to put an engine they have in it instead.

In this case the internet is your friend..

well what i want is a pretty stock cleve, just a big cam, intake and long tube headers, the motor will be like 600-800 then the cam is like 2-300 then the intake is like 2-300 and the headers will be hard to find but like what 3-500
then installation will be like 800 so about 2600 and i should have a 400rwhp: motor think thats reasonable?

Refreshing to hear from another Cleveland Fan As I am .I will say tho that4bl heads are so rare now there expensive. Try finding aussie heads , also ive seen a 351 m ...in i a fox mustang but was automatic. Ive got a 4 bolt main 351 c with aussie heads id like to put in a fox thunderbird but ..custom headers are 500 bucks glad to hear you can make old mustang headers work. summitracing sells the oilpanandyou can make allmost any type slave clutch setup work with a lil fabrication. good luck with the camaro killa .! note the clevelands are narrow powerbanded but in that band they run like nothing else... fry tires and fly like rockets!
