I rebuilt my first carburetor when I was 15, I had never done it before, so I jumped in and learned. Once you get the thing apart, if you choose to do so, just pay careful attention to what went where. Maby take digital pics if you like. Most of the rebuild kits half half-assed instructions, but with alittle common sense and the few good tips on the sheet, im sure you could rebuild it just fine. Maby not perfectly tuned the first time, but enough to get your stang sucking fuel good.
