i was going to bring that up...plug changes will not be fun...even the 69 and up bbf's are a pita....


there is a site with detailed stuff about this on a site 460 something let me go find it

It's not as bad as it looks. Pull the wire holder and they are pretty easy. Like I said the 429/460 is narrower than the FE motor.

ya id stick with a small block, u can make just as much power with a stroker motor and u can spend the money that would b cutting shock towers and firewalls into suspension/engine/interior goodies

horsepower or the biggest engine isnt the 1st priority u should b looking at

65 coupe. 429 built. Lots of extras. MustangII front end w/coilovers. Roll cage, chassis strengthening kit, lots and lots of extras. No tunnel or firewall mods made. Would love to talk to you about it.
