Default Business owners are seldom evil...

I own a business. Who cares? I know... but I can see things both from a customers perspective and from a business owners viewpoint as well. Many customers would have business owners bending over backwards for what turns out to be pennies worth of profit. (Hard for the owner to give a **** for pennies) And when the customer is showing his ***, it makes it tough to go out of your way for any amount. We all assume business owners must be millinaires when many are scraping by. I'm not speaking of these specific dudes; I don't know either of them. But running a business sucks a lot of the time. And we customers can be pretty unreasonable at times, (again, not here specifically). Don't be so eager to be the victim. It's unattractive.

Hiring good employees that represent ownerslikethey'd like is almost impossible too. We customers need to take a deep breath at times and let the capitalist machine work. It is working here, and may not have required trashing anyone. Be good to one another for goodness sake. It'll all shake out for the better.

How true. Fiberglass is relatively easy to work, sort of like wood in a way. I've 'made' fenders, patched holes, filledcracks and 'made' things work because that's the nature of fiberglass. Ah, to live in a perfect world. As to Ron Bramlett replacing the item, I've met Ron several years back at one of his store's mini-car shows and he's a good guy.
