Clevite,Speed Proand Federal Mogul are available for the 289, of course you wont know what size you will need until you get the old ones out.

get a haynes or chiltons manual it will give you step by step instrutions its a rather simple process but lengthy to try to explain. Take lots of pics they will help you reconnect everything when you put it back in.
