Shoulder Belts for '65
I just bought a 1965 coupe and my wife won't let the kid anywhere near it until I get shoulder belts installed, especially in the back seat. Is this a do-it-yourself project, or best left to the pros? And has anyone done it?
Do it yourself,, You can find the anchors at most mustang parts places.. Belts are a little expensive, look on ebay, usually they have some for about 80 bucks a pair.. thats where I will get mine..

It's your call. When the three point belts came out about 7 or 8 years ago, rear harnesses were available then got discontinued, I assumedue to lack of interest. I got one of the first front sets offered and put it in my 66 hardtop. You might check Mustang Monthly Magazine for more info http://www.mustangmonthly.com/
For the rear, all I can remember for location of the retractor was on the rear shelf on the outer sides of the shelf.
