Suspension work pics
Well there isn't much in the way of instructions. Some items do come with some instructions but I found them to be vauge at times because of my lack of knowledge. The best help is just to remember what it looked like before you took it off. Grab a chilton manual for it or some other book that has some general help in it. I got my chilton manual at checkers. if you get stuck feel free to ask and I'll help where I can. btw putting leaf springs on an axel thats out is a pita. at least with one person. Don't be afraid of it though.
I didnt plan on taking the axle out, so hopefully it wont be that bad. I am calling Mustangs plus today to order. I have a Haynes manual, but it pretty much sucks, so I will get a chiltons before the stuff gets here. Thanks much!!
I have a Haynes manual and I hardly use it. The problem with Haynes (IMO) is that it assumes I have a "Good" working knowledge of auto repair, where-as I would only classify myself as "Basic". It tends to gloss over the very subject I am usually trying to learn about.
