wow! 600 dollars a PAIR? if thast not a typo im probably just gunna buy those, im really not in a position to swing 1400 bucks on a set of heads right now. thanks for the links man, awesome stuff.

yeah those are the best bang for the buck heads anyone of us will find anywhere, and as a bonus they are still FoMoCo casting heads (which is worth something in itself IMO). remember you'll need headers that will work with "P" heads. I heard the BBK shorties for fox bodies will clear if you use a 90 deg. boot on plug #7, but im sure there are longtubes that will work with these for your car too.

Bull-puckey. There is no difference between two barrel and four barrel heads on a 289 CID engine. Compression ratios were determined by piston height, combustion chambers were the same, valves were the same, the heads were identical. Now, there were different combustion chambers for different years, but those heads were used interchangably for that years models.

Thanks for that correction Jim. I had a brain fart there for a second. The C, A, and K code engines all had 54.5 cc combustion chamber heads.
