I think I know the answer, but just thought I'd check with you guys. Will a 67 4 speed tranny fit my 65 with a 289? Does the bell housing and all the other stuff just bolt right up?

 

It should bolt up fine. The block should have the same bolt pattern if the tranny came off a small block. The V-8's should have the "butterfly" pattern on the tranny side of the bellhousing and the 6's usually have a square pattern.
