Default Boxing in A-arms

I am in the process of rebuilding the front end. I have all new front suspension and steering components. I was wondering if it is worth the effort to "box" the top A-arms to provide additional rigidity?

What is the consensus? Is it worth the effort to "box" the top A-arms or not?

I say no. If you're track racing then you should be going with something lighter and stronger (tubular, maybe?). If you plan on installing hydraulics in your car and want to bounce it, then I'd say yea.

If you're going to see hard-core track use, it would be a worthwhile upgrade.
Casual to spirited driving will not see an improvement.

If not racing on a track, don't waste your time. Your shock towers would probly crack from hard stress before the A-arms.Oh yeah, and consider the shelby drop since you have the suspension out. Check the FAQ's
