Default whoa what the hell?

is this? It seems to have a vacuum line and another line leading to the a/c compressor? It fell off one day and understandably because it was full of water. Any names for it? Oh and the it also leads thru the firewall. I would like to replace it so i gotta find it somewhere [8D]

Here's a plastic one that does the same thing. I asked for a vacuum controlled heater valve from a mid 80s Ford truck.
