Is it a clutch fan? If it is, do you know if the clutch is still good?

Here is some photographs, I have taken the fan off now as on the weekend I am going to put the electric fans in. Never had a clutch fan, from my understanding that just stops the fan rotating at a certain speed and wouldn't help me in traffic. Sorry if the pictures are too big, I tried turning them into thumbnails but I am no computer guru

Put the electric fan in today. Got the car up to driving speed temperature of 185 degrees and parked the car for 20 minutes. It crept up to 212 degrees. I think this is alright. Although I am thinking about chaning the water pump to a high performance one sometime in the year. What does everyone think about the temp is that normal bow. I think with the pump I should be really good

When was the last time you flushed your cooling system or had your radiator cleaned out?

The radiator is 1500 miles odd brand new. Engine the same and it was cleaned in the rebuild. I flushed it last weekend and filled with distilled water and royal purple. Didn't put anti freeze in because of the climate in Brisbane Australia
