Unless you're moving down from the mountains then resetting the carb for lower altitude probably won't be needed. That can be more of a problem going up, not down. Save a little of that cash for the stuff that breaks that you don't know of ahead of time. Just a thought...how old is the water pump?

i have no idea, all i know is the engines been rebuilt and cleaned up. it runs great after you let it warm up, i did have to replace the alternator and battery nothing mayjor. i plan on taking it to a shop after i finish the body work seeing what i would need to replace. i know it needs the supension checked over after you get over 40mph it all becomes shaky.
