Default c4 to t5 with a inline six

I have a c4 in a 66 and I'm going to a t5 tranny. I can find all the clutch assebly stuff already, and the kits to make the t5 fit in the old stangs, but I'm wondering about application of the actually tranny. The motor and tranny in the car at the moment is out of a 67.

I'm going to a mustang yard that by my house soon to start pulling the parts out of other cars, so what do I need?

Go look over on www.fordsix.com/forum/ and you'll see a transmission/drivetrain forum. Lots of good info in there. Several people have done it, but I'm not sure myself
