So I took some pictures of the front suspension all mocked up last night and put it into a picture album under my profile.

I can already tell that those poly bushings are gonna SQUEAK! anything you guys suggest for trying to keep that to a minimum?

Teflon grease is the best thing I have found. It lasts forever, doesn't degrade the poly, and is water proof. If you can't find it online, most bicycle shops carry it.
