Default Sticky Pedal

When I rev the engine to about 2000 rpm it seems to stick there, unless I goose it a little, I havent checked it out yet, I will tonight or during lunch here, but I was wondering what could cause that to happen.. I just started doing it yesterday, and all I have done is change my fuel filters and add a sticker to the air cleaner.. Im thinking maybe I bent the little plunger rod thing thats up on the front of my 2100d.
