Default OVERSPRAY!!!

So I just got back from washing/ polishing the car.

There is overspray all over it! Dried what appears to be paint, on my fenders, and a little on my hood /cowl

Wasn't there yesterday, but last night I took the fiance to see Get Smart and to dinner.

Its not too bad, looks like maybe black spray paint, but not intentional. There isnt THAT much... but theres a decent deposit of it on the cowl area. Will take pics in a bit.

I think its from someone spraying something near my car, or a truck, or whatever. Looks like I drove through **** in the air.

Maybe its tar. Not too sure.

But not very happy. Gonna go take pics now.

Well, it's almost impossible to see in the sunlight.

(And its amazing what sunlight can do to make your red look orange or purple to a camera..)

So I'm not even gonna bother. 'll upload pics when they come out good.

I also realized i never updated with pics with my new steering wheel.

did you try a clay bar? how about some type of rubbing compound?

Also you can put some lacquer thinner on a rag and just do a swipe or two over it, not too much though or you'll start to take away the clear coat I think. But yeah you can do a few quick swipes then just re-wax it and all that

looks like you need to send a bat through a 15 year old kids camaro.^^^

meguiers has a really good kit from autozone or pep boys.mothers also has a clay bar kit but i prefer meguiers kit.

its a small claybar and quik wax spray and you just rubb it gently across the area untill you cant hear the clay rubbing across the over spray and it slides easy.

but im sure you already know that and im just wasting your time.
