Most bolt in kits use a grade 8 or higher bolts which are hard as hell to sheer off.Unless your in one nasty wreck you got nothing to worry about.
I worry less about the bolts than I do about the load paths between them and the original (or reinforced) main chassis structure. And from the new subframe, at least with sight unseen. Even if strong enough, the paths may not be rigid enough and the car will never feel as 'solid' as a bland listing of its features might otherwise suggest.
A poorly engineered bracket may be only a little stiffer than the OE suspension bushings that folks are more than willing to swap out for something stiffer there (this coming from a guy on a professional forum who has designed automotive suspension bushings for a living).

I understand the argument to keep the mustang 'classic', but for some people who use it as a daily driver R&P may be a necessity. Especially if you live or work in a big city where you have to parallel park on a daily basis. I have a stock setup with no PS and I feel like I'm parallel parking a dump truck, if I had to do that every day I would definitely be getting R&P.

You don't need R&P for parellel parking. Just convert to power steering, easier and much cheeper. You'll be able to park with one finger turning the wheel!!
R&P's big benefit is on the highway, you get more road feel and less
slop in the steering. You'll also need power steering with R&P to get any benefit in parallel parking.

On topic, I went with Global West. I haven't installed it yet, so I can't atest to how "good" it really is. The TCP had no warranty at all and GW is LIFETIME. You can't beat that. Not to mention it was cheaper than TCP as well.
I have the TCP R&P, stock suspension with roller perches (thanks Tad), the Shelby drop, 1" lowered springs, 15/16 sway bar, and 17" wheels. Not on the road, yet, but I'm hoping for good things!
