Electric fans should be mounted on the engine side of the radiator, and pull the air in. They take the place of the belt driven fan. Also, get a product called "Water Wetter" and add that to your radiator. Go read the discussion we are having obout this product.

Well, it will still help, as long as it isn't going againest the fan, if it does then it's just alot of air fighting to get to the radiator and not really doing anything.

Hi again Guys,

Well, I`m still having problems with my engine.. nothing seems to be helping Its been good for a while and now it got back to heat up.
My car runs now with:
5 blade fan
1 electric fan

I want to to buy shroud ( I know I`ve wanted long time ag but I didnt find one..Its not so common here.. ). Any how I`ve deiced to order one from the usa. The problem is that I dont know if the original shroud fits to 5 blade fan and why does it look so thin ?! does it really do it work ? It doesnt look so good.

Anyone uses it ? do you use something else ? I`m using 3 row heavy duty rad that was fitted to original size. ( instead of 2 rows.)

I know I`ve asked that before but I cant find anything good thing to work on my satng.
Please help me..

Thank you very much in advance!!

There was no original shroud. These are aftermarket shrouds. Yes, they look thin and flimsy, but they do a lot of good in helping to keep your engine cooler. Here is a pic of mine that I put on a short time back. I got mine from TexasMustang.com, but they can be bought from many other places. They don't even resemble modern car shrouds, so don't ewxpect them to. You also have to order mounting brackets with the shroud. Specify that you have a 3 row radiator, as the width of the brackets will be determined by the width of your radiator. Yes, your 5 blade fan will fit inside of it. Approximately 1/2 of your fan blades will be inside the shroud, and the other 1/2 outside.
