Wink 65 Fog Light Mounting

Anyone have a picture to show how fog lights mount on a non original GT. I am putting them on and would like to see how it should look. I really am looking for the portion behind the fog light bulb. Thanks.

Well, do you have the foglamp grille or at least the lamp brackets to convert your std grille?

I just have the fog light bars right now. That looks like it came from the factory that way. Will I have to drill or should I try and modify the bent bracket that is used with non GT cars?

What holds the fog light mount to the grille, is it a bolt?

The honey comb part of the grille is different for GT fog lights and regular 65 grille bars. The part that the bolt on each bar goes through is in a different place.

Take a look at these.

A bolt goes through the grille just behind each light assembly.

You'll need a GT grille.

No, the tab goes the other way and is at a different height. Just get the 65 fog almp brackets and rivet them in. You'll have to remove the standard brackets, of course.

The stud on the back of the foglamp bracket attaches to the above bracket with a nut.
