yeah just make sure you find out what year the block is once you get it so you can get the right radiator, hoses and accessory brackets and what not

The one I am watching is a 68 block. I am in the process of getting a price for a complete EFI 302 out of a truck. I will get it, tear it down, get all new gaskets and make sure it is good, rebuild, sell/trade EFI for carb and manifold.

seriously buy a lincoln mark 7 for like 500$
then you have 5.0ho and an AOD auto and you can ditch the rest of the car for scrap

I'd scrap the AOD and the EFI too. I have to have a manual, and I would want carb not EFI.

Well the trouble my dad is having with getting his engine to work correctly in his 64, I would have to say Carb>EFI right now since his is EFI.

MPG doesn't matter to me. I only drive it once a week.
