Default Carb issues?

So since the brakes are fixed....

Sometimes when I hit the gas it really goes, other times it accelerates slower than my 99 blazer... Is this Bogging?

From what I've found this is possibly a vacuum leak? I've lookd around but havent been able to find any.

This is the setup...

Any ideas? Thanks Guys

First, get proper caps and ditch the hose with screw mess.
