T5 backup light switch

Default T5 backup light switch

Hey guys i'm installing a T5 tranny in my 65 what backup light switch do i use? or will any work with some modifying

I believe anything will work with some wiring. I have a T5 on my 68 and you basically have to have 1 wire going into the switch with +12v (or switched +12v ) and the other wire coming out of the switch is what goes to the backup lights or backup lights relay (if there is a relay)... hope that helps

The switch is built in the transmission. Look for the two brass studs on the side (driver's side, I think). Backup lights wire goes to one stud and 12v to the other.
