Mine are tucked into the fender lips and are 50 series tires on 15" rims.

Ahhh, mine are 60 series, probably what kept me just short of going into the well and now that I've got alum. intake and heads, batt. in trunk (shaved ~130lbs. off the frontend) I bet they'll be higher now even with the 1" drop springs and shelby 1" drop.

I may have to figure out how to get it back down almost level with the fenderlips like I want. Hate to cut my 1" springs but it may come to that.
Wish I could be running for ya'll May show but it doesn't look like I'll make it, trying to get the wife to bring her '09 WIP down to show so I can look at cars though.

That will be the show this car shows up at. I've got the same setup you do spring and drop wise, but with a full coil cut on my drop coils.

Well I went ahead and ordered the Patriot headers. Should get them tomorrow and then I will test fit them and hope they work.

I have heard good things about them, so you shouldn't have any real issues.

Had to beat up the new headers, bend the z-bar, and take a chunk out of the z-bar to make them work.

How bad did you have beat them up? Also, I can't believe you had to bend the Z bar.

On mine, I did have to dimple the driver side one at the steering box.

Ok well I am glad to say I am finally back. We had bad storms come through Alabama on Wednesday (april 27th) and it knocked out our power until about a half hour ago. Still 100,000+ people without power here in Alabama.

I had to ding up 2 areas of the header, and also in addition to bending the the z-bar I actually had to take a chunk out of it as well. Then I had to cut a piece of out my z-bar adapter plate.

Patriot said these would fit no problem.

Sorry to hear that it took so much manipulation to get them to fit.

I'm used to the stuff not fitting right now. I've got to work on my drivers side fender now because the drivers door hits it when opening. Then I'm going to mount my fuel pump on the gas tank since there is no where else to.
